The world of a swimmer can be a difficult one. It's hard to impress your friends with a strong breaststroke kick, a fast fliptrun, or a great dive. One thing that never failed to impress my friends however, was my ability to do what can be seen in this video I found...
It takes a lot of practice...and definately not practice while I'm talking, but it would be a shame to put so many hours into the pool and never learn this skill. Unfortunately I have no idea to explain how it's done, you will all be on your own.
